THE BRIEF
To develop a (digital) communication strategy for the upcoming 3 years. The main goal was to increase the public brand awareness in line with their core values (independent, trustworthy, reliable) and the secondary goal was to increase memberships and get people more engaged.
OUR SOLUTION
Based on our research and analyses we developed a digital strategy which resulted in a 3 years action plan. The delivered document included among other things: revision & redesign of their product, different suggestions & ideas how to market a broader audience depending on the target group, a little movie to show how to use viral marketing.
