<p><strong>THE BRIEF</strong><br />
Create a simple webshop for Via Snella. Lina Zedig was selling her collection via resellers and wanted a webshop of her own, where she can broaden the range of her collection and reach customers on a global level with no need to go through resellers. The webshop specifications were: low development &amp; maintenance costs, the possibility to do most of the administrating &amp; updating by herself, and an automated payment &amp; logistics system. Furthermore she wanted her blog integrated and a press/media page.</p>
<p><strong>OUR SOLUTION</strong><br />
Our team didn&#8217;t have much experience with e-commerce solutions before and the whole project needed to be done in 2 weeks, therefore we decided to use a ready-made e-commerce solution to meet the deadline and budget. The solution we used was Shopify (<a title="www.shopify.com" href="http://www.shopify.com/" target="_blank">www.shopify.com</a>) because it met most of our clients specifications. Shopify has a simple UI and is easy to use even for first time users. It also provides the possibility to modify the look and feel of the shop.</p>
<p>The website design is based on Linas collections and reflects her perception of fashion and design. Because no brand identity existed, the web design was inspired by the old site and existing print material. The design focuses on the clothes and communicate: business, professional, exclusivity, intimate, clean and  simplicity.</p>

To develop a (digital) communication strategy for the upcoming 3 years. The main goal was to increase the public brand awareness in line with their core values (independent, trustworthy, reliable) and the secondary goal was to increase memberships and get people more engaged.</p>
<p><strong>OUR SOLUTION</strong><br />
Based on our research and analyses we developed a digital strategy which resulted in a 3 years action plan. The delivered document included among other things: revision &amp; redesign of their product, different suggestions &amp; ideas how to market a broader audience depending on the target group, a little movie to show how to use viral marketing.</p>
